Cancellation & Returns

Please note that ALL of our Signs, Stickers, Markers etc.,that are offered for sale in our online store, and are Made to Order to the customers specifications, according to the various options available, are not held as stock items. As such, these types of items are not returnable, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

With the exception of personalized/custom made goods, under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations, as of 13 June 2014, you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. Personalized/custom made goods fall outside the scope of consumer rights under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations, stated as follows: Certain contracts are excluded from the right to cancel unless the parties agree otherwise, such as a contract for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications (regulation 13).

Please take great care when transcribing your requirements. Spelling mistakes, punctuation errors, wrong letter case, misuse of capital letters etc. will all be processed exactly as ordered.

All orders must be inspected at the time of delivery and any damage or dissatisfaction with the product notified to us within seven days. If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

If you intend to return any item please contact us as soon as possible after receipt, stating why you wish to return the goods e.g. faulty, damaged, unsuitable etc.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods, unless the items are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Please ensure that you always quote your order reference number in any correspondence.

Goods must be returned to us for inspection prior to any refund being made. In the event that they are agreed to be sub-standard, faulty or incorrect a full refund, including postage costs, will be made.

All refunds are to be made to the original payment card or balance through the payment processor.

All returned goods must have the original receipt enclosed. We reserve the right to reject the return of any item.

We have made every effort to display all our products as accurately as possible. However as colours and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser we cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths given as accurately as possible.
